Rude Call Centre Consultant

<p>I received a call at 11:46 from a rude consultant, Seipati. She forced bombarded me with information about a funeral cover and I told her I don't need one. She continued as if I didn't say anything and totally ignored me. I hug up. She called at 11:47 and her exact words were, "listen here, don't you *%$#@!*!~ on me." Then she hung up. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how they are trained? Please investigate since all calls are recorded. I am offended by this behaviour.</p>
