Rude agent
One of your agents just called me 17:34 16 September 2021 in regards to a policy my mom had taken out, so my respond was I don't think my mom would be interested anymore before I could explain why she lashed at me, I am so disappointed because the actual reason is I took the cover so it wouldn't make sense to be on the same plan, I am so disappointed I also want to cancel my policy cause clearly even when we claim this is the same unprofessional treatment we going to receive..
