<p>I app**** for an educational plan about 2 months and my details were incorrectly captured. I called and asked them to cancel the damn thing and I was told to put it in writing. I don't see why I should go to so much trouble when I did the correct thing initially. I am now beung charged fees on my statement. This is just unacceptable</p>
