****** of my funeral policy pay-out

I have been a loyal client of Metropolitan since 2010. I have different policies with them and never missed a single payment BUT The funeral policy that I was persuaded to take did not pay as agreed when death came into my family. Mashudu Mafharalala is my financial adviser since 2013 and I thought we had a good working relationship until I discovered otherwise. Mid-Sept 2021 she phoned me and persuaded me to take a funeral cover worth R10000 with 3months waiting period for my father-in-law, who was sick & I was convinced as she told me the probation ends in December so I signed the link sent to me via phone there & then. November 2021 I phoned her saying I was relieved the probation was next month, meaning December 2021, it was then that she told me that she made a mistake while capturing the policy and captured my father-in-law as my partner instead but upon seeing that she fixed it, so which means my policy was now worth only R5000. I then asked her why didnt she have the decency to phone me and explain because already more than one deduction has been made and I'm banking on that money to assist should anything happen to my dad. I had a choice to either cancel the policy or continue but that was deprived from me because she made a decision without consulting me. I then requested her to speak to her Manager and explain what happened and come back to me with the outcome. I further told her that i was okay with adding onto the initial monthly deduction so the payout remains R10000. She went AWOL on me and i decided to phone & that's when she told me her Manager told her to write an email to head office. I then requested her to cc /copy me on that email but she didnt... I phoned again after few days because there was no email to me from her to head office. She said she did sent it through but did not copy me. I was disappointed gain. Then she told me she's waiting for head offices response. I PHONED AGAIN and was told that head office said next month's deductions (January 2022) will be more and a link was sent for me to approve and i did. On the 24th of December 2021 my father passed away. I phoned her on the 27th and she said she's going home. I told her will go claim. I waited for the 1st week of January and went into their offices to claim. I found her but the lady who was processing the claims was very rude to me, asking me why am i expecting R10000 when i was paying that amount and i asked her if i chose a that amount that i was paying or a consultant told me... Guys please teach your consultant the Batho pele principles when conversing with client... I left the branch fuming... Last week i received a bank notification of R3 154. It's not even the R5000. What a joke... but not funny at all. I PHONED MY ADVISER AGAIN & SHE TOLD ME THEY DEDUCTED THE JANUARY 2022 PREMIUMS FROM THAT MONEY. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW CAN YOU SELL ME A PRODUCT THEN AFTER AGREEING AND SIGNING YOU GO BACK ON YOUR WORD. I HAVE A PRETTY MIND TO CANCEL ALL MY POLICIES WITH YOU GUYS. ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING A REPUTABLE BUSINESS OR A ****A SHOP? I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE INITIAL AMOUNT I SIGNED FOR BECAUSE I PAID WHAT YOU TOLD ME TO. ALL MY DEBIT ORDERS WENT THROUGH WITH NO HASSLES FROM MY SIDE SO PLEASE METROPOLITAN ADHERE TO YOUR SIDE OF THE AGREEMENT WITH ME.
