Retirement annuity issue

I am N.N Buthelezi ***)I have a different review thatI would like you to assist me with regarding metropolitan in Dundee KZN

Mr Mahlambi ***) adviced me to increase my existing retirement policy from R446 to R700 he said this will assist me in reducing my tax funds. I agreed and gave him permission to do so.

He opened a new retirement annuity for R700 and I had two retirements. I informed him and he kept saying he is fixing it I will get my money back, he came with a form that I filled requesting my refund and cancellation of the policy Octobe 2018.

This year on the 8th of July I went to metropolitan offices in Dundee KZN to do this, Ms Phindile MAZIBUKO (email address- ***) assisted me getting my refund and cancelling the retirement annuity. She requested my bank statement and identity document I gave her but It was never cancelled up to date.

Ms Phindile Mazibuko does not communicate with me and whenever I go to the office nobody wants to help me they just say Ms Phindile Mazibuko is not in the office for a day, they will tell her to call me but nothing happens after that.

Kindly assist me with this I need my money back and them to cancel this retirement annuity.
