Retirement annuity

<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to put my view down that I am very disappointed with metropolitan, I phone so many times to cancel my R.A and I was told it has to be R7000.00 if I want to the the money. I phoned when it was R7000.00 than I was told to write a letter I went to Germiston with my letter, then at the branch they told me to email my I.D singed three times and just write a letter of cancelation. I did that but it was not good enough. I receive an email stating that they need a three-month bank statement, my pay slip and my I.D. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH METROPOLITAN. Please check how many time I phone cause the calls are recorded.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Nika</p>
