Retirement Annuity

I app**** for my Retirement annuity on 10 April 2015 at Welkom Branch. On 25th April I called to enquire about the application because I had not received the money yet. I was told by the receptionist from the branch that the person responsible had already knocked off. So I decided to call head office on the 29th & I was told that my claim does not appear on their system. I went to the branch & I was told that some of my documents didnt have my signature. I then re-app**** on the 29th of April & to date I haven't received my money. My older brother & co-worker app**** for the same thing in January & they received their money in 14days. I also app**** for the same thing from another Investment company & I received payment within 7days. My niece is graduating Mondat & I promised to help her with her graduation preparations since both her parents are not working. Now im frustrated because I haven't received any payment yet.
