request for refund
In 2013 I requested my policy to be amended as I wanted to increase the benefits. Instead the consultant E Mamashela opened a new policy. I am currently paying for 2 policies with the same benefits. I tried to have this resolved to no avail. I requested that they cancel the policy where I was paying R161, this was in April 2013. Please refund me the premiums paid for the policy no:*** from May 2013 to Jan 2016. And cancel the policy. Thank you.
