I repeat, METROPOLITAN is the WORST. I regret doing business with them.
1. Automated responses galore. 2. Agents calling asking same questions like matters Will be resolved. 3. You will resend documents until you bleed.

The fact that we have to obtain SARS clearance before we are allowed to process your transaction is a legislative requirement we cannot proceed without. We have submitted the request to SARS already and await the tax directive from SARS.
