REFUSING TO SEND A CONTRACT
These people are actually refusing to send a contract of a policy. It has been 5MONTHS requesting a contract from them, numerous follow up and attitude when asking questions. Hello Peter you are my last hope , It is my mother s retirement Annuity policy. She is at home stressed. I requested them to email, they refused. Policy number 419 ********** .
