Refuse to send me my documents

I emailed on 31/08 requesting my documents to be send to me via email so I can have them on record. I have 3 funeral policies with you. Then Mogohlwa Oliphant EMAILS me back and says she cant send me the documents via email because she does not have an email address for me but she posted them. UHM ***.... She's emailing me but does not have an email address for me? I am so confused right now.

Post does NOT help me because we never receive post.

Please send my documents to me or I WILL cancel my policy. I can not belive that it is so much trouble just to send me my documents. its ridiculous.
