Refusal of surrendering an investment policy
I took out an investment policy with Metropolitan a few years back and now I want to surrender the policy and they have refused to do so because I haven't submitted a divorcee decree but when I took out the policy I was long divorced and they system clearly states I'm a divorcee but still they are refusing to release my funds. What I don't understand is that is why they need it because they have not given me a valid reason why it is necessary because when I took out the policy I as never made aware that this would be a requirement. I am just disappointed
