Refund My Money Back

I'm a very disappointed client that was treated badly regards my refund on the policy I have with you , I've been sent all around and it's been three weeks now since I requested the refund back on the policy that I made paid up...To the point I'm thinking of exposing you to the media and please tell me if you paying back the money or not because I don't think I owe you anything and I don't think I would recommend you to any person
