Refund gone for investigation
I have requested for premium to be reduced in February but in my March salary they deducted full premium so I proceeded to apply for a refund. I have been told evertime I call about my refund that it has gone for investigation. It is now over a month I have been calling still under investigation. I do not understand why would they investigate my refund where as I requested a premium reduction. I really need my money back.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint on HelloPeter.
We are sorry to read that you have been struggling with your premium reduction and refund.
Please note that for Stop Order mode of payment, it takes about two months for a deduction to start, change oor stop. This is due to closing dates for compilation of the magnetic tapes we compile to send to the employer and closing dates at your employer's side to implement these tapes on your payroll.
This being said, we will do a full premium position on your policy to compare what premium was expected for each month on the policy with the premiums we actually received.
One of our Escalation Specialist will revert back to you as soon as possible.
Regards
