Refund from Metropolitan funeral policy
Kindly assist me to get refund from Metropolitan they've taken money from my payslip even though policy was canceled

We are sorry to read about the difficulties you have encountered with your policy deduction.
Please note that it does take 2 to 3 months for a Stop Order deduction to start/change/stop. This is due to closing dates for compilation of magnetic tapes at our end and of course closing dates for implementation of these tapes on your employers next salary run.
Regrettably your post does not contain sufficient information in order for us to trace the policy number you are referring to.
One of our Escalation Specialists will reach out to you shortly in orde to obtain the information necessary to trace the policy, investigate and revert back to you in this regard.
