Poor treatment by Metropolitan

<p>I took two policies with metropolitan for my son. which he passed away recently due to blunt force injury. I went to go claim there and one policy was rejected immediately saying it was suicide. the other policy only paid money for natural causes not the double amount agreed on that when cause of death is an accident the payout is double. As a loyal member of metropolitan I did not expect such treatment. I don't understand why they would assume my son committed suicide where it was an accident. I'm really disappointed in Metropolitan life after being with them for so many years.</p>
