Poor communication

Two year ago I canceled all policies I had with them because I found out that my aunt was not covered and they’re supposed to deduct from my salary. I just discovered when looking at my payslip that for an entire year they were deducting funds and there was no communication whatsoever on what’s happening with that policy. I’ve sent emails and none of them have been responded to even after their 3-5 business days there’s still no answer on all my queries.
