policy surrender

I surrendered my policies at Maponya branch in January 2015 and a payout was made on the 11th of the same month, however a salary stopped order was not cancelled as a result an amount of R330 x 2 for both policies kept on being dedicated on my payslip. <br> <br> I did notify the call centre and they gave me a form to fill after going back and forth with them the matter was finally handed over to Cathrine in May and I received a letter that my policies where fully surrendered and she advised me to let her know if the stop order goes through once again so that they could do reversals<br> <br> I did email her my pay slip since the stop order once again went through for an amount of R660.00 and I did explain to her that metropolitan must refund me from February till June. The only amount they refunded was R330.00 at the end of June.
