Hi Peter

My name is alouise bowker and my Late husband John had the abovementioned policy. This polic was \paid-up"on 21 June 1991. We got married on 12 Feb 1999 He passed away on 29 Aug 2007.

My mother in law passed away on June 19th 2015 . On 25th June I went to Bellville branch with the required documents as set out on the Certificate of Membership on how to claim the R2 000 (two thousand rand)

Then Sharon told me to have the Notice of death BI 1663 form. I app**** from Home affairs for this on 9 july and got it on 4th Nov.
On 7th Nov I took all docs in to Sharon and she said that the claim wll be paid out in 48 hrs. So I followed up with Dirk du Toit . Sales Manager. And he also confirmed that paymentt will ttake place the next day. On frida 13 Nov I went back and my claim was laying unatended on her desk right at the bottom. So I w to Headoffice and spoke to Sithanda and he told me to go to court and get a lettter of authorityy. He said I must go to Parow when I got the letter. On 3rd I app**** again and then Sharon asked if I had expenses I bought food to eat
I have done everyhiing they told me and I feel its a complot formed
I have relocated to Port Elizabeth. Thanks """
