POLICY NOT PAID
I'll never understand how Metropolitan works. I've been sending emails and no response whatsoever. My policy has matured and the money should have been sent on 01/11/2023 but no one is coming back to me on emails. I just want to know what needs to be done so that I can have my money. That's all I need.
