Policy lapses after 1 unpaid premium, this can't be right at all
My debit order didn't go off this month, i called them to enquire about it and was told that my policy is in a lapse grace period. I asked to to go ahead and deduct their premium but they tell me that they can't do that. So does this mean that 1 missed premium means that i lost a policy that i have been paying for for over 13 years. This is not right. Can someone just ensure that the policy is reinstated and that you deduct the outstanding premium, else return all the premiums i have paid to your company please.
