Policy complaint

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against metropolitan pertaing a policy investment i took back in the year 2015 November with a contribution of 350 on a monthly basis deducting straight from my salary. I checked on the policy during the month of March and i was informed that it had a surrender value of about 42000 but since it was a restricted policy i could only surrender in November 2020. I went to a branch in East London OXford street and i was shocked to be told by the consultant that the value on the policy would be 11000 but my contributions without interests amount to 21000 yet im getting far less. I feel ****** by this company and all i want is a remainder of what is due to me so i can cancell the policy. I no longer have confidence in the company of which i am a loyala customer because I even have funeral policy with them for years now but they treat their clients like this. I had to be under a lot of stress because i had plans. I am now having a backlog and feel very disappointed. My policy number is ***
