Policy Cancelled - No refund

<p>Good Day, I cancelled my Living Life Facility AL ********** 82 today and cannot understand how the refund for the last premium cannot be refunded, the lady on the Call Centre number ********** 227 advised it is because the deduction has already gone off (on the 20th) the only reason I cancelled is because of financial problems and I have no choice, but for you not to refund when other insurance companies do. I was going to take another life policy by you once I am back on my feet but this makes me think twice. Think this is a bit sly.</p>
