Please cancel my policy
Do you honestly you think I'll carry on with the policy when you pay less attention to detail re: my premium deductions and also are tardy in responding to my emails requesting a policy cancellation.
I was hounded about a debit order that bounced, when my debit orders were supposed to come off only in August. I now have a bad credit standing because of these bounced debit orders. I have incessantly communicated with you re: this unprofessional treatment on your side.

13 Aug 2019, 12:42Dear Mr. Nkosi
We again sent the email previously sent to you on 8/8/2019 to: ***, the same email address you used on your post.
We included copies of the two policy schedules on record for the policy - one shows start date 01/07/2019 and the other 01/08/2019. In our last email we asked for some more background as to what occurred, so we can determine what the correct start date should be. The policy seems to initially have been issued for 01/07/2019 and that is shy the first debit was for 07/2019.
In order to cancel the policy you will need to send us cancellation requirements:
Signed cancellation letter, instructing us which policy number to cancel, the reason for the cancellation and the date on which you are writing the cancellation letter. This can be emailed to us at *** or you can send it directly to the Assessor that is handling your complaint: Aletta Clarence on ***.
Upon receipt thereof, we should be able to adhere to your instruction.
We look forward to hearing back from you again.
