PERSONAL DOCUMENTS FOUND IN A DUSTBIN AT MAPONYA MALL METROPOLITAN

I went to metropolitan branch at maponya mall, I submitted a death claim with all the required documents as confirmed by the assisting consultant which took place on the 21st Feb. yesterday I was informed that the application had a missing document (which was not the case). I made time to confirm which form was missing and to my disappointment I was informed the claim was not even on the system therefore required to resubmitted. I was informed by the assisting consultant that the forms I submit were found IN A DUSTBIN. Now as you know the POPI act is to ensure that all South African institutions conduct themselves in a responsible manner when collecting, processing, storing and sharing another entity's personal information by holding them accountable should they abuse or compromise your personal information in any way. The way this was conducted by the institution is ********, this should be raised to determine how many customers have also been affected.
