Pathetic service

My uncle Ntsikelelo Tolashe was married to Thandeka Tolashe. Thandeka passed on in 1997-05-13. Thandeka had policies with your company including investment policy some other policies my uncle was supposed to get payment up until he passed on but that had never happened. Thandeka had added her sister in law's in her policies we thought it's a funeral policy but Bonginkosi Bobotyane your advisor advised us differently that my aunt has investment policy that was taken by Thandeka. Problem happened when your employee got involved and mindled in our family affairs to the extent of making payments to the person that they saw it knowing very well that Thandeka was married in community of property with my uncle. My uncle was not aware up until the 03rd June 2020 when he went and claim for a funeral policy of his sister who has passed on. Bonginkosi saw that there is an investment policy of R18 000 I think,R5000 policy and monthly payment that is being paid to FNB account number. He requested an investigation and he sent an email to *** and reply was they must send death certificate. Today they are advised by Xoliswa Guma that he is not entitled to receive anything. Thandeka need to claim this. She is dead for crying out loud. I believe Metropolitan is governed by South African laws if the spouse. Can you please investigate this.
