pathetic service

<p>I recieved a call from metropolitan regarding my policies, he said he wont be able to assist because i took policy over the phone, he will ask the relevant department to assist me futher. he did that however the person who called me was so rude the call was from cape town he even hang up on me. i have been paying this policies for many years to be treated this way. did not expect such treatment from this company</p>
