PATHETIC COMPANY WITH FALSE CANVASSING
My father's passed on in November last year and up until today we have never recieved a pay out of his cover from metropolitan whenever my mother and I go to your Durban offices you ********** through your *********** staff keep on making empty promises of next week next week your'll are a pathetic and disgusting business that mislead us as customers I'm sick of repeatedly standing in long queues only to be fooled around with its really a disgrace to make a widow run up and down for her husband's hard earned money THE OMBUDSMAN should know about this unfairness sick
