Pathetic and *****
I realised I have 2 similar funeral policies with the same Company that has a payout of R75k each. I visited the branch to have 1 policy refunded and cancelled in March 2023 as it was logged as “*****ulent enrolment”. Till this day, the order to my payslip is still deducting , policies are still active, e-mails are ignored & branch consultants advised Forensics is still investigating.
My question begs: will Metropolitan payout a sum of R150k if I were to die, since I’m covered twice?
