partial surrender
I went to Mafikeng branch on the 15 of march to request partial surrender on one of my investment.I was told the money will be in on the 19 of march .Still I haven't received anything ,tried calling the branch . They are not answering the phone .And its for the first time I struggle with metropolitan .I've been receiving the best service so I dont know what went wrong.
