Outstanding balance when cancelling policy

Investment policy number *** the mention policy was cancelled on 14 March 2022 . on 14 February 2022 i received a refund of R2 926.40 of which was short basically on the information on my payslip. I contacted the office and they confirmed there was an error when making payment and promise to pay to day no payment was made .According to metropolitan they owes me R 2 108. Also assist further to obtained information related to converting of the above policy. I need to know the value of converting the policy to the new policy how much was the value before converting The said information was requested without getting lucky
