Again metropolitan disappoints me. My sister who has a funeral cover with this company is taken for a ride. She lost her baby 2 weeks ago, on the 13th of October we sent metropolitan all claim documents, and still today she has not received the money. She's in pain because she lost her baby and have to deal with metropolitan claiming to do "investigations for the past weeks" when she signed up she was told payment would be made in 48hours...and now when we call the call center ***we were cut off twice immediately after giving them her ID number. Really this is so disappointing..I would not recommend metropolitan to anyone...in fact, they are selling lies ...
