Not Paying Policy

Dear Metropolitan, when will you pay out my father's annuity policy? we have been waiting for months and months now it's absolutely ridiculous. My father never missed his premium payments and he had these policies so that our burdens could be eased. We need that money STOP, STOP HOGGING IT.... He had 3 policies with you as per letters you gave to my mother but you have only paid out two and left the annuity policy why is this? We need that money by end of April our patience with you has run out now we have waited long ENOUGH. I will now seek assistance from the public on social media we are tired of this waiting.
