Not happy with Metropolitian

I had a Metropolitian funeral cover for more than 2 year and they where deducting from Persal now they called me saying my policy didn't get money from Persal for 3months and I was so strange they said to me I have to pay the money so that my policy to be in a good state I told them I cant just have huge amount now I want them to give me my premiums that they where deducting for these year because it was not my fault and they didn't check their system I'm Mlondolozi Katshiwe *** I'd no ***
