Non payment of Funeral Policy

I am disgusted with the fact that my mom died over 3 months ago and to date I have still not been paid out for the funeral policy after providing all required documentation. The value is 3,200 odd rand. I strongly discourage people to get life insurance through this company if I can not even get a small amount like this paid out
