NO RESPONSE METROPOLITAN
I since did a claim with metropolitan in February 2023 and it July 2023 I have yet to get a response from them as to my claim. I did this claim on behalf of my sisters kids who has passed on and those kids are in my care now. They have no customer care at all. I have called them so many times and even when I call they dont even have a proper response for me. They have nothing done even on their database in terms of the claim it is bad. I would not advise anybody to take up a policy with metropolitan.
