NO RESPONCE FROM METROPOLITAN
A close family friend received a call from your agents saying they looking for contact details of anyone close the policy member Joseph who is my father, who passed away in 2011, the family friend was even taken aback at the mention of does he know him and how are they related, he proceeded to give them my phone number as they said they needed to discuss something to do with my father who had a policy there.
So I have sent emails to the info@metropoli address without assistance or any responce, even called your offices and the guy who answered couldn't help as it was not his department. Like why is it that difficult to access communication from your offices. 🤷🏾♂️
