No Respect Towards Signed Agreement

I have a retirement annuity with Metropolitan which I cashed in January (1 third). They indicated to me that I would be paid on or before the 27th of each and every month. I really do not know my payday anymore. Last month, I was not paid on time and have not been paid today. I have not been furnished with the reasons except that now I am incurring charges for my scheduled debit orders. I had pointed out before that I was assisted by HelloPeter. I will never recommend Metropolitan to anyone as there is lack of professionalism. Clients are not afforded respect, despite the good relations I have had before.
