NO PAYMENT ON CLAIM MADE IN 2011 BECAUSE METROPOLITAN DOES NOT BELIEVE THE PERSON IS DEAD EVEN WITH PROOF

<p>The insured died in September 2011, a claim was submited but Metropolitan did not pay because they do not believe the deceased is dead. Home affairs validated the death on the 16, Metropolitan stil did not believe the information provided. The matter was sent to Forensic since then it has neen there with no valid reason why it was not paid.</p> <p>To date they still do not believe the insured is dead I am not sure how else they want proof. Home affairs stamped the birth certificate and confirmed the person is deadd but Metropolitan is still not paying aout.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please arrange the exhuming of the body if you will not beloeve what is being advised by HOME AFFAIRS. </p> <p>This has gone on for a very long time I no longer know what is needed maybe I should go to ICASA or OMBUDSMAN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope Forensic will finally come with the final response or send someone to verify the death.</p>
