NO INTEGRITY IN ANYTHING YOU DO
I did a policy with metropolitan 12 yrs ago consultant said on maturity I would get half of what I paid in back, with the policy also giving a percentage. When I called Metropolitan to find out what I would get on maturity of my policy the agent on the call canter said R1200!!!!How possible is this. I`ve also logged a complaint on ********** ********** ********** and still no one has responded NO integrity or customer service but to take my premium every month its No Problem for metropolitan!!!
