no delivery

I went to do a partial surrender of my policy on the 3rd of March 2016 and i was told that it takes up to 48hrs. Today its the 1st of April 2016 and still there is nothing on my account with regards to payments. All i hear is that the money has been authorised and will before the end of business day. I have been getting thay story since the 29th till today. <br> <br> I am not happy because i filed for partial surrender because i had commitments and i was told that it takes 48 hrs even on their site its there. Now who is going to pay for my damages.
