No benefit on claim

My grandmother has passed on in June this year.

Since then I have been trying to have the pension policy pay out which my grandfather has paid over for so many years.

I am still awaiting a response as I am just told it doesn't exist.

Please assist I have the following information: ********** and ********** as policy numbers Saffas ********** 4124, 3204 and 471

My grandfather is Geurt Marinus du Preez, id number ********** 013084
