Need my money back
Unauthorised Deduction and Outstanding Refund I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorised policy deduction from my salary.
In 31 October 2025, when I checked my payslip, I noticed a deduction of R2000 for a Metropolitan policy that I did not authorise it . The lady from Louis Trichards branch her name is PFARELO she asked me my account details via phone call, now i need to reverse my money she said i won't get it. Go to Metropolitan main branch.
