My father's retirement policy failed to be paid out.

I want to share my experience with Metropolitan Life unfortunately is not a good one. My father passed away and he had a retirement policy with Metropolitan, me and my brother had submitted the required documents to claim it but we have sent pillar to post for the past two years. It's sad because when a parent passes away and leave his money for his children to help navigate life and then they are deprived that opportunity. I am sharing my bad experience with company to help parents make sound decisions.
