Momentum needs to move with the times
I walked into a Metropolitan branch in Maponya Mall since I heard they took over Momentum and found out they still have not updated the systems. I have a problem with my bank account and cannot have debit orders go off my bank account. The Metropolitan consultant called Momentum and an agent asked me if I cannot ask anyone to pay for me because they deal with debit order only. That is not customer friendly. Paying them is not a problem and now my policy has to lapse because of them being outdated? Even small financial service providers make sure the customer is happy. Metropolitan even has that option if a customer has a problem but not Momentum. I have been with them for five years and paid them a lot of money. Is this really fair? She told me I have be employed as I told her I am not working but paying is not a problem. I have an issue with my bank account. Is this the kind of service we are getting from people we pay for such a long time? I am really angry and feel belittled because I mentioned being unemployed. Do I have to be employed to be able to make payments? You need to move with the times or you will lose clients. Times have changed not everyone has to work to have money?

(Supplier name changed from Momentum to Metropolitan Life by Hellopeter.com)
