MISREPRESENTATION AND **********
Isaac from metropolitan maponya mall forges my signature on the contract Form and he made me sign an loan Form with out my full knowledge.. Isaac made a misrepresentation on the policy when he represented it to me and he created a ***** on that laon contract please assist.. I would also love to have my contract Form and policy forms from metropolitan. I want to surrender my policy I am not happy.
