Misled client

hen I took my funeral covers I was advised that my claim will be paid within 48 hours of receiving the required documents but to my surprise it's not like that ,it's only within 48 hours if you subtmitt your documents at the branch ,like metropolitan has branches in all towns.I was misled as a client and all my funeral policies are with you and I've had them and this is totally unexcepatable
