misleading client

My mom invested her retirement money with you. she was told she will draw an amount of 15000.00 p/m at the moment she is only getting 7000.00 p/m she is in arrears with her accounts because the money is too little she has been send from pillar to post and this has been going over 7 months. she was **** to and mislead. the service she is getting is totally pathetic. when she asks for her money she is told otherwise. I plan to contact ombudsman as soon as possible if she is not assist accordingly.<br>
