Mislead sales

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Metropolitan, specifically with the sales person Maeshela Malau. She sold me a savings investment policy with promises of a certain return, but when I received the policy documents, the actual amount was significantly less. This discrepancy has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

As a desperate customer, I trusted Maeshela to provide me with accurate information, but it seems she prioritized making a sale over being transparent. I'm concerned that this might be a tactic to get customers to sign up, and I'm worried about others falling victim to similar experiences.

I've already requested cancellation of my policy and hope that my debit order won't go through in May. I urge others to be cautious when purchasing insurance and to thoroughly review their policy documents before signing up.

I hope Metropolitan takes my feedback seriously and investigates this further. I expect a higher level of transparency and accountability from financial institutions.
