Metropolitas Service Really Sucks.

Good Day

My name is Vuyokazi Ndengane , i am writing this on behalf of my father Mlamli Lesley Ndengane.My father is a pensioner now , he used to work in JHB however he is currently residing in Lady Frere at the village called Machubeni.He recieved a called from metropolitan at the begining of July month to inform him about his money for retirement that was maturing on the 01 august 2019 , he was informed that he needs to bring his tax no , bank statement etc. On the second **** then he went East London to get his tax no from Sars and decided to put his claim at metropolitan in East London since he was already there to save him time and money.He was then told that everything is fine he must wait , he has been waiting since then and i have also tryed making contact with metropolitan from side and these no help still . My concern is how long is he suppose to wait , i have also consulted with people that are working there and they telling me he is not suppose to wait this long , are they not suppuse to tell him when he will be getting his money . Now each and every time he must go all the way from the village to queenstown and not getting anyhelp .Please assist my father can not wait anylonger .His no is ***5. Regards
